24-Month Free Fabric Swap – Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is valid only on purchases above ₹7,000 (pre-GST)
2. One-time free fabric swap allowed within 24 months from the date of order
3. Applicable only for orders of 24 sq.ft. or less. Extra fabric billed at ₹350 per 5 sq.ft.
4. Offer excludes premium categories (e.g., HCS, HBO, Venetian). Swap fee: ₹999 for these.
5. Fabric swap is for same category & size only – fittings must be reused by customer
6. Customer must upload photo of original blinds for eligibility
7. Delivery will be processed within 9 working days post-approval
8. Swap window open from February 1 to September 30 only
9. Offer is non-transferable and linked to the original order
10. DIY Custom Blinds reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer without prior notice

We offer you one free fabric swap within 24 months of your original order. No fitting changes – just a fresh new panel delivered to your door.

Q. Is the swap really free?
Yes – for qualifying orders ₹7,000+ and within 24 sq.ft., it’s 100% free (worth ₹3,000+). For premium fabrics, a nominal fee of ₹999 applies.

Q. How do I request the swap?
You just fill out the [Swap Request Form] with your order ID and a photo of your current blind. We’ll take care of the rest.

Q. Can I upgrade my fabric during the swap?
Absolutely! You can choose premium fabric for ₹599 or even add extra panels for another room.

Q. When can I request it?
Anytime within 24 months, but swap approvals and deliveries happen only between February and September.

Q. Can I swap more than once?
No. The offer is for one-time swap per order only.

Q. What if I’ve changed my home or shifted?
As long as you’re the original buyer and the blind is still up, you’re eligible.

Q. Will someone help me install the new fabric?
Not needed! You just slide the new panel into your existing fittings. No carpenter. No tools. No stress.
