1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of diycustomblinds.com and any purchase you make from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

“DIY Custom Blinds”, “diycustomblinds.com”, “we”, “our” refers to MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED, GST 20AAMCM3250F1ZW.

2. Made-to-Measure / Custom Manufacture

Every blind we sell is custom-manufactured to the measurements provided by you (the customer).
This means the product is tailor-made and cannot be resold to someone else.

Because of that:

• All orders are considered “custom orders.”
• Standard retail return rights for off-the-shelf products do not apply.

3. Your Responsibility: Measurements & Mounting Choice

Before placing an order, you are responsible for providing:

• Correct width and height measurements in the required format (mm/cm/inch, as specified)
• Correct mount style (inside mount / outside mount / ceiling mount etc.)
• Correct fabric / colour / control side (left or right chain control) / roll direction where applicable

We provide guides to help you measure. You can also contact support@diycustomblinds.com for help before ordering.

We manufacture based on what you submit. We are not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements, wrong mount selection, or changes-of-mind after production has started.

4. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an “Order Received” confirmation.
Your order is considered accepted only when we verify measurements/fabric availability and move it into production.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders (with full refund if payment was already captured) where:

• The fabric or component is unavailable
• Supplied measurements are not physically manufacturable
• We suspect fraudulent / abusive activity

5. Production & Dispatch

Typical dispatch timelines vary by fabric, system, and delivery location.
Delays may occur due to material supply, courier restrictions, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control.
We are not liable for consequential loss resulting from any such delay (for example: missed move-in date, décor schedule, penalty from your contractor, etc.).

6. Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

All prices shown are in INR unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, including GST as per law, will be charged and reflected in your invoice.
GST invoices are issued under MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED (GST 20AAMCM3250F1ZW).

7. Delivery & Risk

We ship pan-India using third-party logistics/couriers.
Risk passes to you once the shipment is delivered to the address you provided (or collected by you / your agent).
You must inspect the parcel at delivery. If you notice transit damage, please:

• Photograph the packaging and product immediately
• Email support@diycustomblinds.com within 24 hours of delivery with subject “TRANSIT DAMAGE + [Order Number]”

Transit damage claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted because the courier will not honour them.

8. Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Sent

If we ship a product that has:

• A genuine manufacturing defect (for example: fabric stitched incorrectly, mechanism not functioning, visible damage not caused in transit), OR
• A different fabric/colour/system than what is mentioned on your confirmed order

…then we will repair or remake the affected blind at our cost.

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery at support@diycustomblinds.com with photos/video clearly showing the issue and your order number.

This is the only scenario where replacement/remake is applicable.
There is no cash refund in such cases; remedy is repair/replacement.

9. No General Returns / No Change-of-Mind Cancellations

Because these blinds are made to your unique size and cannot be resold, we do not accept:

• “I measured wrong” returns
• “Colour looks different than I imagined” returns (we encourage you to order fabric samples first)
• “I don’t want it anymore” or “I changed my mind”
• Returns after installation

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy below for the only allowed exceptions.

10. Installation

Our blinds are designed for simple self-installation with common tools.
You are responsible for safe installation, including use of ladders, drills, wall plugs suited to your wall type, etc.
We are not responsible for damage to walls/tiles/fixtures during installation, or for personal injury resulting from improper installation or unsafe handling.

11. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, guides, logos, packaging design, brand names, and website content are owned by or licensed to MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, reshare commercially, or use our content to misrepresent affiliation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price you actually paid for that specific product.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (site delays, contractor cost overruns, décor penalties, etc.).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
