1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of diycustomblinds.com and purchases made from DIY Custom Blinds.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

DIY Custom Blinds and diycustomblinds.com refer to MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN: 20AAMCM3250F1ZW.

2. Made-to-Measure / Custom Manufacture

Every blind sold on the website is custom-manufactured to the measurements and selections submitted by the customer.

Each order is treated as a custom order because the product is tailor-made for a specific window.

Standard retail return rights for ready-made, off-the-shelf products do not apply to custom blinds.

3. Customer Responsibility: Measurements and Mounting Choice

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for entering correct width and height/drop measurements.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct mount style, including Face Fit, Recess Fit or other applicable fitting style shown on the product page.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct fabric, colour, control side and related product options.

DIY Custom Blinds manufactures based on the submitted order details and is not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurement, wrong mount style, or customer change of mind.

4. Order Acceptance

An order received confirmation does not automatically mean the order is accepted for production.

The order is accepted when measurements, fabric availability and production feasibility are verified and the order is moved into production.

DIY Custom Blinds may reject or cancel an order where fabric or components are unavailable, measurements are not manufacturable, or fraudulent/abusive activity is suspected.

5. Production and Dispatch

Production timelines vary by fabric, blind type, system, order size and delivery location.

Delay may occur due to material availability, courier restriction, weather, local disruption or events beyond the company control.

DIY Custom Blinds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by such delay.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Invoices

All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable GST and taxes will be charged and reflected as per law.

GST invoices are issued under MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN: 20AAMCM3250F1ZW.

7. Delivery and Risk

DIY Custom Blinds ships through third-party logistics/courier partners.

Risk passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the address submitted by the customer or collected by the customer/agent.

The customer must inspect the parcel at delivery and report transit damage within 24 hours with photos/video.

8. Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Sent

If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or the wrong fabric, colour or system compared to the confirmed order, DIY Custom Blinds will review the claim.

The customer must inform support@diycustomblinds.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video and order number.

The remedy for verified defect/company-side error is repair, correction, remake or replacement of the affected blind.

There is no cash refund for verified defect cases unless separately allowed by the company in an eligible pre-production cancellation scenario.

9. No General Returns / No Change of Mind

Because the blinds are made to unique customer size, DIY Custom Blinds does not accept returns for wrong customer measurement, wrong mount selection, colour preference, interior plan change, no longer needed, or change of mind.

Returns after installation are not accepted for customer-side issues.

10. Installation

Blinds are designed for simple self-installation with common tools.

The customer is responsible for safe installation, safe ladder use, correct drilling and appropriate wall plugs/screws for the wall type.

DIY Custom Blinds is not responsible for wall, tile, fixture or personal injury caused by improper installation or unsafe handling.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, images, product descriptions, guides, packaging design and brand material belong to or are licensed to MYRA TOUCHSTONE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, commercially reused or used to misrepresent affiliation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the price actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

DIY Custom Blinds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including contractor delay, decor schedule disruption or similar losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
